Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unmounted
- In original condition
- Returned within 30 days of delivery

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
All returns must be:
- Properly packaged to prevent damage
- Shipped with insurance for full item value
We cannot accept returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging or lack of insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Straight Talk – Returns
Boat trailer parts must be correct before installation. Once a part has been mounted or used, it cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items that have been installed, mounted, or used
Due to the nature of these products, once they have been installed or altered, they cannot be resold or verified as new.
