Most in-stock items ship within one business day after your order is placed.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM Eastern Time on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will typically ship the following Monday.

If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we may hold the shipment so everything can ship together. If timing matters, call us at 843-784-5797 before ordering and we will review the available options with you.

Most orders ship from our Hardeeville, South Carolina location, near Savannah, Georgia.

Because trailer parts vary in size, weight, shape, and packaging requirements, checkout rates are estimates and may not always be exact. Small boxed parts may ship easily by standard parcel service, while oversized or irregular parts may require manual review, special packaging, or freight shipping.

In some cases, we may contact you after your order is placed to:

  • Offer a better or more practical shipping option
  • Confirm freight requirements before shipment

We also work with select vendors who may ship certain items directly to you when appropriate. This can help improve availability, reduce shipping time, or ship certain parts more efficiently.

If an item ships directly from a vendor or alternate fulfillment point, the final shipping method, transit time, or cost may differ from the standard checkout estimate.

We do this to help make sure your order is handled correctly, not rushed through with the wrong shipping method.

  • FedEx Ground — used for standard parcel shipments when it offers the best route, timing, or package handling.
  • FedEx Express — available for expedited shipments when timing matters and the item is in stock.
  • DHL — used when it is the best available option for the shipment, destination, or service requirement.

Carrier selection is based on delivery time, package size, destination, service availability, and overall shipping efficiency.

Unless a specific service is requested and available, we choose the shipping method that best balances safe delivery, timing, and cost.


Expedited Shipping

We can arrange expedited shipping when available, but we strongly recommend calling before placing the order so we can:

Oversized & Freight Shipments

Some trailer parts are too large, too long, too heavy, or too irregular for standard parcel shipping. These items may require special handling or LTL freight service.

  • Other oversized trailer parts

Oversized or freight items:

Freight shipments are not processed until shipping is reviewed and approved.
