Shipping Policy

Shipping Information – EZLoaderParts411.com

Most in-stock items ship within one business day after your order is placed.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will typically ship the following Monday.

If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we may hold the shipment to send everything together. If timing matters, call us—we’ll review available options with you.

Shipping Charges & Accuracy

Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates based on automated carrier calculations.

Because trailer parts vary in size, weight, and packaging requirements, these estimates are not always exact.

In some cases, we may contact you after your order is placed to:

  • Adjust shipping costs
  • Confirm delivery details
  • Offer better shipping options

We do this to ensure your order is handled correctly—not rushed through with incorrect shipping.

Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

Most orders ship from our location:

Hardeeville, South Carolina (near Savannah, GA)

We also work with select vendors who may ship certain items directly to you when appropriate.

Carriers & Delivery

We primarily ship using:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx Express
  • DHL

Carrier selection is based on delivery time, package size, destination, and overall shipping efficiency.

We choose the shipping method that best balances speed and cost unless a specific service is requested.

Depending on the size or nature of the item, certain carriers or services may be required. We will select the most appropriate option to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Expedited Shipping

Need it faster?

We can arrange expedited shipping, but we strongly recommend calling us first so we can:

  • Confirm product availability
  • Provide an accurate shipping quote
  • Prevent delays or missed expectations

Straight Talk – Why This Matters

Boat trailer parts are not all created equal. Some items are oversized, irregular, or require special handling.

We take the extra step to verify shipping so you:

  • Get the correct part
  • Avoid delays
  • Don’t overpay for freight

If something looks off—we’ll call you.

Oversized / Freight Shipments

Some items—such as axles, fenders, long bunk boards, and other oversized components—may require special handling or freight shipping.

These items:

  • May not qualify for standard parcel shipping (UPS / USPS / FedEx)
  • May require LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight services
  • May have higher or adjusted shipping costs than initially estimated at checkout

In these cases, we will contact you to:

  • Confirm shipping details
  • Provide an accurate freight quote
  • Review delivery options (commercial vs residential, liftgate service, etc.)

Freight shipments are not processed until shipping is approved.

Delivery Requirements for Freight Orders

Freight deliveries may require:

  • Someone present to receive and inspect the shipment
  • A commercial delivery location (when available)
  • Additional services such as liftgate delivery for residential addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery location can safely receive the shipment.

Straight Talk – Freight Orders

Oversized trailer parts are not small packages—they require planning to ship safely and correctly.

We take the time to get this right so your parts arrive:

  • Without damage
  • Without delays
  • Without unexpected delivery issues

If there’s a better or more cost-effective way to ship your order, we’ll walk you through it.
