Shipping policy

Most in stock items will be shipped within one business day of when the order is placed.  Orders placed on Friday may not ship until Monday.  On orders that have in stock items and out of stock items, we may hold the entire order to ship it complete. 

The customer is responsible for shipping charges.  Shipping charges that are shown when placing your order online are fair estimates, however there are many factors used for calculating actual shipping.  Please note that occasionally the website does not do a great job at calculating shipping, and we may contact you after your order is placed with an updated shipping charge.   

Our primary shipping location is in Hardeeville, SC 29927.  For some items, we also have vendors that have the ability to ship items direct.  Most items will be shipped using US Mail and UPS.  On regular orders, we will choose at our discretion which service we will use for shipping.  This decision will be based on shipping times and rates.  We can ship using expedited shipping services, but please call in your order so we can confirm availability of the product and give you an accurate shipping quote.
